Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact our support team as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Changes are not guaranteed, and cancellation is only possible if the printer can still stop your order, subject to your legal rights.

If we can cancel it, we will refund the canceled items and their associated charges. Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Please wait for confirmation that your request went through. Any rights you have under consumer law still apply.
