Return and Exchange Policies

Our products are made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including a size or wording you selected. This applies both to books and designs sold as shown and to products with text or artwork you choose or enter. Any cancellation or return rights required by law still apply.

For a defective or incorrect item, we provide a free replacement. If we cannot provide a replacement that matches your order, or the replacement is also defective or incorrect, we refund the affected items and charges. We honor any different remedy required by law.

Please contact our support team before sending anything back. We cover return postage if we require a defective or incorrect item to be returned. For a change-of-mind return required by law, return postage is yours unless the law requires otherwise.
