Order Review Policy

Custom designs use text or artwork you choose or enter for a product. We use automated checks to review custom designs before printing. Profanity, adult slang, and crude humor are welcome, within the boundaries in our Store Policies.

Those rules cover threats and real-world violence, hate targeting protected groups (for example, groups defined by race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity), targeted sexual humiliation, sexual content involving minors, and other legal or safety restrictions. A published dictionary entry is not automatically eligible for merchandise.

If we decline a design or cannot produce it, we refund the affected items and charges. Contact our support team if you have questions about an order.
